CMES Robotics implemented an AI 3D Vision–based Picking & Placing Solution capable of safely and precisely handling heavy, irregularly shaped parts.
The system recognizes the shape and position of components in real time and coordinates with a robotic arm and specialized gripper to retrieve items even from non-uniform, irregularly stacked pallets.
The automation ensures consistent performance in repetitive operations and maintains accuracy regardless of part orientation or placement variability. -
